Return policy for B2C

Our flexible return policy allows you to return any items back to us from 30 days of purchase. We want to encourage people consider each item before they buy, which is why we don't offer free returns but charge a 15 USD return fee from all orders. 

To return any un-wanted items, make sure to send the item(s) back to us in their original wrapping and packaging, and a return slip filled out and attached. Return Slip is included in each order. 

Once we receive your return back to our warehouse, we will inspect the items and if they pass inspection, a refund is issues to the same payment method used to make the order. We will reduce the return fee from the return total. If your return doesn't pass inspection, you will receive an email notification from us. 

We aim to process all returns within 7 business days since our warehouse has received them.
