Return policy for B2B

Our flexible return policy allows you to return any equipments to us free of charge, from 90 days from purchase. Make sure to send the item(s) back to us in their original wrapping and packaging, and a return slip filled out and attached. 

Once we receive your return back to our warehouse, we will inspect the items and if they pass inspection, a refund is issues to the same payment method used to make the order. If your return doesn't pass inspection, you will receive an email notification from us. 

We aim to process all returns within 15 business days since our warehouse has received them.
