How to Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with a reset link that expires after 24 hours.
Our platform also supports single sign-on (SSO) integration with major identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace. SSO users don't use passwords at all - they authenticate through their company's identity provider. To enable SSO, you'll need to contact your account administrator and provide them with your organization's metadata URL. Note that SSO is only available on Enterprise plans.
Speaking of plans, you can upgrade your account at any time through the billing section. We offer monthly and annual billing options, with annual plans receiving a 20% discount. If you need to update your payment method, you can do that in the same section under Payment Methods.
When creating a new password, make sure it's at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Passwords that are too simple will be rejected by our system.
If you're having trouble logging in, it might be because your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. Accounts that haven't been accessed in over 6 months are automatically deactivated for security reasons. Contact support to reactivate your account.
You can also set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. This requires you to enter a code from your phone in addition to your password when logging in. We support both SMS codes and authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy. To enable 2FA, go to your security settings and click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication."
Our mobile app is available on both iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play. The mobile app has most of the same features as the web version, but some advanced settings are only available on desktop.
If you're locked out of your account after too many failed login attempts, you'll need to wait 30 minutes before trying again. Alternatively, you can use the password reset process to regain access immediately.
Team members can be invited to your workspace through the Team Management section. You'll need Admin privileges to invite new members. Each team member will receive an invitation email and can set their own password when they create their account.
Remember that passwords should never be shared with anyone, including support staff. If someone asks for your password, it's likely a phishing attempt. Our support team will never ask for your password.
For API authentication, you'll use API keys instead of passwords. API keys can be generated in the Developer section of your account settings. Make sure to keep your API keys secure and rotate them regularly.
If you're experiencing slow performance on the platform, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes old cached data can cause issues. You should also make sure you're using a supported browser - we recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
