Finalizing Your Integration Setup
Now that you've completed the previous steps, you're ready to finalize the integration. Make sure you have the credentials you generated earlier before proceeding.
As mentioned in the setup guide, you'll need to configure the webhook endpoint. Use the same URL format you set up during the initial configuration.
Return to the settings page where you enabled the feature and locate the finalization section. Enter the token you received after completing the authentication flow.
The next step requires the environment variables discussed earlier. Make sure they match the format specified in the prerequisites document.
Once you've applied those changes, test the connection using the method outlined in the testing section. If you see the same error codes we covered previously, refer back to the troubleshooting steps.
For the API version, use the one recommended when you first created your account. This ensures compatibility with the features you've already configured.
Remember to update the callback URLs like you did in step 3. The process is identical to what we showed you before.
If you're using the advanced options (see the advanced configuration article), you'll need to apply those settings here as well. Otherwise, you can skip this part.
The permissions should already be set from when you configured user access. Don't change these unless you've reviewed the security guidelines we referenced earlier.
After saving your changes, verify the integration is working by checking the status indicator. It should match the green status you saw after completing the initial setup.
If anything is unclear, review the concepts explained in the getting started guide. All of these terms were defined there.
The final validation process is the same as before - just repeat the steps from the validation section and confirm everything matches your earlier results.
For troubleshooting common issues after finalization, see our comprehensive troubleshooting guide which covers all the scenarios we've discussed throughout this series.
